It comes between Orb of Dragonkind and what we now know to be Slayer Tentacle (Monster Trophy 4). Is this spot supposed to be "Relic Recipe" perhaps, that you get by turning in all 6 "Relic Recipe Fragments" ?

why wouldn’t that spot be the relic recipe fragment? i looked around the house and don’t know where my physical copy is. anyone able look in the physical under transmutes.

It only has two blanks, so it is a two word token

Relic Recipe <-- two words

Relic Recipe Fragment <-- three words

So I just pulled out my physical one. I don't know if this was mentioned before but the blank lines on the spaces are actually not black. Under "Special" there is ____ ____ with the underlines in green. Then under Transmuted there is ____ ____ and those are harder to tell but they look purple. Possible clue?
Classes Played: Barbarian (65 times), Monk (56), Ranger (33), Rogue (25), Cleric (21), Fighter (13), Druid (12), Paladin (11), Dwarf Fighter (10), Bard (7), Elf Wizard (2), Wizard (2)

Can you post it? Underlines may be a clue.

I think this confirms the theory that there is one rather than multiple relics which would be transmuted by the recipe. There is exactly one blank space under Transmuted.

Also - aren't the Relic Recipe Fragments? common - not uncommon?

Maybe they transmute to an uncommon "Relic Recipe"?

Alphabetical. Good point. That also rules out the "Ring of Heroism" theory. So, we know the Relic's name is between "Necklace of the Sneak" and "Potion of Condensed Healing" alphabetically. This rules out a reprint of any prior relic: tokendb.com/?fwp_rare_box=transmuted-relic-5-pt&fwp_paged=2

It also rules out a reprint of any 3+ Combo item other than "Orb of Pelor" and "Periapt of Proof Against Poison" which I think are unlikely. tokendb.com/?fwp_rare_box=transmuted-relic-5-pt%2Ccombo-3c%2Ccombo-4c%2Ccombo-trade&fwp_paged=3 . This is probably something new.

I was also looking at what it could be alphabetically. Gonna guess "Nether Goggles" which grant darkvision and some stats. Damage perhaps. Lots of Nether items this year.
