A question. I intend to turn in an old LoDS for a charm of spell swapping plus the 10 2019 treasure chips. How do I do this on the form? Or is it even possible to do at WYC?

What I did was just write on the form to the right of LoDS what PYP(s) I was picking.

The form does not include other Legendaries. I’m hoping to make Relsa’s Ring. Will that be possible?

Yes
To make a pre-2018 legendary at WYC, please print the legendary's recipe from the TDb and turn that in with the main checklist.
