A new page has been created to make it easy to buy lots of TD tickets. However, due to a credit card issue with some folks, they are delaying the access to True Dungeon tickets for a few hours. I will update when I know more.

Well, that probably leaves me with what I can get when I can get it later. I have tix to see Guardians with my son for 3:30 today. That takes precedence over TD tickets.

Thanks Jeff, just stressed that looks like 2nd afternoon wasted waiting, i hope this resolves in time to make it my evening plans. Can't imagine the phonecalls and emails you're upto helping resolve this.

Still need Origins to completely wipe True Dungeon from their entire system.

Having the blank events is preventing me from completing my registration for my badge along with any non-TD events.

I cannot pay $1008 for 12 sessions... I now doubt their integrity on refunding if I am forced to over pay.

Do I create a new account, get a new pass, and start over? Then challenge the original $60 charge?

The girl on the phone I talked to said that the "blank sessions" would have to be removed via an email to customer service. Kind of bad.

I mean registration was a mess Wednesday, but I honestly think they would have been better off to shut down but leave everything alone...I think they compounded there problems with that move.

I still have it showing I owe $42 but I don't even have ghost sessions in my cart. I removed all the TD events I had tried to get and had not tried to even pay anything. I guess it's a $42 service charge for using their crappy system?
