Brian, I like the Captain America analogy. :)

Gary Aswegan wrote: I'm pretty sure I didn't make it on every Team Token run...there was never any such requirement...LOL

And that to is part of the beauty of Team Token, if even one member goes on a run - the entire group can be Team Token for the time if they want...or they can join the team...

It's a way of gaming more than a club...

It's been such a long time ago it appears that I have forgotten what it was all about. LOL My memory is coming back to me slowly. Very slooowly.

I ran with Team Token once or twice, back in the day....

And at some point, someone gave me a purple mantle, and a Team Token button.
Guess that means I'm in?

PS: nice collection, Trent.

I don't have a lot of token pics online, but here's a quick peek at some of the very first tokens I ever collected : )

Trent might be on a train home at the moment but that still makes me drool. LOL. Been showing him some olde stuff all day. The hourglass was a hit as was the dark vision torch I somehow came to possess.

That is cool. I guess I should've bought tickets for runs back then. Instead of being on standby those first couple of years.

Thanks for saying I have a nice collection...but...um...but...your film...it's breathtaking!

Did you know that IRL I'm an actor/director? I went to film school and everything (same one as George Lucas - USC).

And as you can imagine, we studied the great films there. I just double checked the top 10 great films, and I just noticed something that I missed before...

Top 10 Films of All Time
1 - Raven Flipping Over Three Tokens
2 - Citizen Kane
3 - Casablanca
4 - The Godfather
5 - Gone with the Wind
6 - Lawrence of Arabia
7 - The Wizard of Oz
8 - The Graduate
9 - On the Waterfront
10 - Schindler's List

P.S. Of course you're part of Team Token! :)

P.S.S. Thanks for making me even more jealous of you than I already was.

P.S.S.S. It's the hair. You have awesome hair, and I have about as many hairs as that amazing film of yours.

Looking at some of Gary's collection is like getting a behind the scenes look at a True Dungeon museum. He's got some amazing stuff!!!

This thread is getting EPIC!!!

@Raven, the 2007 pic I sent Trent has you front and center...so when you weren't DDA or some other great white north group...you were indeed TT.

So was our famous pixie! At least for the one and only run she went on. Which reminds me.....

No not that...seeing as how I would be only half of the original act...

It reminds me I am long overdue for a text or email to sissy!

Sooooo it sounded like we had one offer of help to come up with either a new badge or sash or something...

It's cool to have a huge group with very few restrictions...but it's even cooler to have badges or membership cards or token sashes or something...but hey, I should be the silent retired member.

I think either me or you being a "silent" member is like asking the Sun to relax and stop have so much nuclear fusion pressure on it's shoulders.

I have an awesome dragon token bandolier (see below), and I'm sure Jenny (or you know someone?) can make us something similar, and I suspect that we have time before the next Gen Con to come together and vote/decide on buttons, etc. I'm game for anything!

Raven, that's awesome! I still have my day/time token from 2003 also, which was my first token - and the one in the Token Guide. Although Dave had to edit the picture, since I wrote 2003 on it - silly me, thinking that we'd get a day/time token every year. :)

I do have my token sash. Would that be good because if not I vote on membership cards.
