Wasn't that somewhat intentional? So that when you stack them, they tend to stay together?

Now that will be a very interesting element to add to the sliding portion of TD! I like it!

My homemade sliders have magnets as well, and I have one board that uses a removable 'field' of magnets beneath

You don't. They're being tested as a possible replacement for the existing pucks.

Thanks for making the slider pucks usable at TDC. Overall, I felt they were solid, just the magnet inside perhaps was a bit too strong, maybe a decrease in the pull force by 25 - 40 percent would be better.

My other comment above ties in with this that when i held the pucks for monk in a stack, they were harder to slide consecutively as the first puck was being pulled back by the magnetic force of the second puck still in hand. I understand that not all monks slide stacking both pucks in one hand, but just my two cents.
