Looking at the map, it also looks like they are walling off the family fun section too. Moving that area. I love the fact where they are adding, last year that small area near the western entrance from the hall way was such a horrid bottleneck. Looking at the map, it looks like it should solve many of those issues.

The Colts will schedule around Gen Con. I've been told this personally by the people at the stadium.

True, but the Colts can request the NFL give them a road preseason game that weekend (and based on Jeff's comment above, that's likely what they'll do). If Lucas Oil's three biggest events in August are two preseason games and one GenCon, it's in everyone's best interest to ensure they're all on separate weekends.

A sign by Hall A (True Dungeon Has Moved! w/ map, etc.) may be helpful for those that don't read the forum/newsletter. (I.e., most people.)

The area next to the doors going out to the food court, aka the corner of Hoosier and Capitol Concourses, would be a great area for a TD sign with a big arrow. Fun this way!

Will the hours of operation change now that we have a location that isn't in the regular halls? or will this new location follow the same rules and stuff?

Does TD also have any of the small conference rooms (the ones circled in red)?



Seems like an ideal location for the coaching rooms - separated from the main dungeon area for noise and light sequestration but still has direct access to the event area.

will TD be putting up additional signs?

this is the first year the stadium will be in use so it'll be a learning curve for players just to get to the site.

I know I plan to walk it a few times when I get there

I don't know if they have them but one of those or multiple ones put together would be great for TD101 class, and for the suggestion we had before. If we could keep a room that we could have 1-2 people to answer questions for TD and to help people build a character sheet before hand if they want it would be great.

I think a few people mentioned having this room with a printer to help people print out a character sheet, a place to run TD101, and in general ask questions, maybe even hang out and have the wait list there would be great.

Only based off the image of what is TD space (see the events page) it does not appear to include those rooms.

base on the above looks like it doesn't include that area.

Those would be perfect for TD101 and the character building Kiosks that we've talked about in the past.
