Is it like an original transmute checklist for the 2010 recipes? 2010 was my first year of TD, and I was about 14 at the time so I wasn't very aware of transmuting yet!

Shoot - I think I still have one of those. I don't recall ever using mine. I should check the bottom of my random-token-related-things box.

It's a condensed Pack Punch Card. If I did it right, here's my copy of this one plus a punch card from 2011 (of which I've got 7). I don't think I ever cashed any of these in.
