It is a previous printing to the 2020 UR. The 2020 UR will be available around the beginning of November if the timeline holds to what the last several years were.

Right, its being reprinted. Daniel may be pointing out (seriously or not, depending on how you read the ) the past complaints here been that people in the know sell off soon to be reprinted tokens to get higher value out of them before they are commonly available again.

Should Matthew add a note that CoB is being reprinted? Maybe.

There are events between now and when the reprinted CoB will be available, and some people like having older or different artwork - so there are reasons why someone might want this one and not the reprint.

In any case - I started the auction there at 1 cent, which is a touch cheaper than the reprint will cost.
