How about the Lenses read "+2 to healing spells & may allocate your spell/scroll healing total between two targets."

Please don't do the melee Ioun Stone. Melee classes are getting +4/+6 str added to our builds already this year.

I would suggest:
a) an upgraded Charm of Rampage (+4 with two-handed weapons)
b) Ioun Stone that adds to Ranged damage (missile and spell)
c) back to the original off-hand item

Honestly I dont feel like ranged is at much of a disadvantage anymore at all. We also need to be careful boosting it since the crazy damage wheel on IOs now was based on there not being a lot of ranged boosters.

Either way it's very high, and grows with every ranged enhancer. It might even be desirable to have it do so depending on how high the damage for thors can be pushed. I just dont think either should get to far ahead of the other.

Good catch, I don't like that change either, it makes even less powerful than I'd thought. I think the caster should be able to divide the healing however they want between the two parties. Making it be a 50/50 split is needlessly restricting.

I guess if you have odd healing & you want to split it 50/50 rounding up provides a small bonus?

Ioun Stone seems too good, too much power creep.

Hat of the Hellway is by far the worst UR in the set. I don’t think it needs the saves penalty.

I hope the lenses can split however desired, in which case they don’t need the rounding disclaimer.
