Moving the Eternal Ice Crystal to the Ioun slot - sneaky sneaky!

That should take it from a "meh" token to a "must have" for many builds!

Hi Jeff,

There was one suggested change to the Lute of Fury that I think makes a lot of sense to make it more consistent with the other UR Lutes. Maybe change it to +1 to Hit, no bonus damage, and let you slide a melee attack while singing. Kind of like Widseth's, but changing +2 damage to +1 to Hit.

That still gives you a nice progression from UR to Relic to Legendary.

If the crossbow is not a +2 and isn't adding cold damage, then the damage wheel is too high. It should be dropped a couple points. Or it should be a +2 weapon.

Ooh - since we’re changing stuff at the last second, any chance of switching Eternal Ice Shard to be +2 to ranged?

I’m a little worried about +2 melee damage to all in the same year we’re getting +4/6 str to all. That’s +4-5 damage on each melee puck all at once...

Sigh I guess its another year with the rare mug for me. Honestly I dont see what issues the off hand version had that couldn't be worked around by just excluding monk/ranger.
