I would suggest not trading in the CoS for a ISGN but instead for the new revised CoS. At some point the Charm of Brooching is likely to be reprinted and you will be happy you kept the CoS.

Was tempted till i saw the even more downgrade to +1 saves on last update. I can go to a rare for better stats and get the urte which is really the better investment/use at this point from a UR player stand point. I'll need to post my build and see really where i can go,

I'm hoping for orbits reprint but that i'd bet be a few years off if ever list.

Yes, +1 saves isn't awesome but a normal UR cloak is +3 saves. The ability to mitigate an attack of your choice will likely be a 15+ damage event so what is 15 healing worth in your build?

Orbits reprint would likely not happen until 2020 at the earliest.

It’s even better than 15 healing because 15 healing can’t be applied after you take a killing blow to prevent you from dying.

I like it too, but wouldn't foolish be more like a minus to wisdom? A minus to saves seems more unlucky than foolish.

-1 I had people asking for Ring of Heroism at Gen Con. Each vendor sold everything they brought and the price continued to climb. Now I am not advocating that price is the factor here what I am saying is there is demand out there and the supply of RoH is dwindling (and you can't make any more).

Wow. I can see that as TD has opened up to more cons, and thus a larger number of players. I wonder if RoH should be added back as a transmute this year, updated to use similar tokens from the past couple years to build it?

I do like the name "Ring of Foolish Heroism"

Jeff is on record as saying once a relic recipie is closed, it is closed.
There is nothing to stop a functional reprint, or a different slot.

I am now seriously considering off loading some of the rings I carry with me to let PUGs all play at level 5.
