I'll let the Rogue, Bard, and Druids speak up but those all look fine to me. Exciting to see some legendary neck items and get a sense of what their level is!


I'm sad about this change. Icecrag was a three year turn in and is significantly superior. This a 4 year. I don't think the +3 was excessive.

Maybe a dumb question but I'm a bit confused. The Bead is the first of a 4 year arc or will take tokens from 4 years to make like completion or monster bits etc?

Honestly I'm almost to the point with the kilt where AI say why dont we push it out one more year and make it a proper 4 item eldritched. If 2020 is going to be the year of secondary stats anyway we could probably come up with a 4th one.

Agree. For other data points, there are URs that give +2 saves plus a significant bonus, a UR that gives +3 to saves, and a Relic that does +4 to saves. +3 to saves and free action is probably about right at the Relic level.


I agree, I think it's better at the +3 Saves level.

I thought it was monster bits, but this language is ambiguous.

It takes four years of monster ingredient tokens to make it, with next year's monster ingredient tokens being the fourth year.

Every 3-4 years a relic item can be created from the monster bits that were pulled from treasure after completing the different adventures. Past examples include:

Icecrag Hero's Earcuff

and

Dragon Tooth Amulet

Which leads to this question. If 2019 monster bits are given out at Origins, can the transmute be done prior to GenCon 19? That would be a bummer for those who can not make Origins, but a boon to those who can.
