If so, Lamp of the Marid would be nice. 2014 was my first year playing TD, and the second year for my Druid and Rogue, so we all played Normal that year--no Marid for us. Marid tokens aren't that easy to find and at ~$20, are pricey for a Rare token, if you can get your hands on one.

It's never happened so far - although sometimes they have shown up in treasure mixes.

I'd expect pricing to pack rares, treasure only rares, completion rares, and volunteer rares to all have their own price dynamics due to differing scarcity.

Ironically, I suspect completion tokens are actually among the _most_ common rares, although we'd need token sales and harcrore+ run stats to know for sure.

I believe the Lamps are the best completion tokens printed though - slotless and a usable effect! They could have been printed at UR I think in a normal set based on their effect.

Agreed the lamps are very good however I'd say the best completion token IMO would have to be Horn of Blasting, and I think it's obscene price tag backs up my assessment.

One wonders how that price will hold up once the first AOE chargless wand gets printed.

It should hold up really well, since the Horn is usable by all classes and the chargeless Wands are usable by only spellcasters. Plus, the Horns deal damage to all monsters.

I would rather continue to see new UR Bard instruments than a reprinted Briano's.

Coronet of the Arch-Druid but also usable by elf wizards (Coronet of the Nature King?)
Charm of spell swapping
Censer of Sacrifice

Then we need several items necessary for transmutes to be reprinted:
+2 Sacred Sling
Carter's Tome
Arrow of True Flight
+1 Arrow of True Flight
Ring of Fortitude, Reflexes, etc (both regular and minor)
Bracers of Fire
Belt of Ogre Power
What do we want? Evidence based science! When do we want it? After peer review!

I've got about 50 Belts of Ogre Power left if anyone is looking for them. :)

I advise against a Charm of Enlightenment reprint until we figure out what to use INT and WIS for.
My online token shop: www.tdtavern.com

We buy, sell, and trade True Dungeon tokens. We also have a convenient consignment program where you can sell your own tokens.

We know, at the least, that it gives +4 to Will Saves. And that, for a Rare, it's selling for $25 or more, so demand is way higher than supply. Just based on that I'd think it's a slam dunk for reprinting.

I know we mostly talk about INT and WIS being meaningless stats, but doesn’t the same apply to charisma? Or is the ability to equip extra figurines adequate? Might be nice if charisma did something else, like enhance bard song or provide resistance to charm effects.

Then a functional reprint of just +4 to Will Save (no Wisdom bump) should suffice.

Is there a reason you're against a reprint of the Charm of Enlightenment? It's clearly a very high demand, high priced item, which is normally a key criteria for reprinting. Plus, it is required to enable the Lenses of Divine Sight, so it serves a dual purpose by reprinting. I don't really understand the pushback on reprinting this particular token.

Let me try to enlighten you. If the motivation to reprint the charm is for the +4 saves then a function reprint is fine. INT/WIS/CHA boosting tokens should not be reprinted until we understand the game direction those stats will take. Reprinting the Charm because the LoDS is reliant on the charm is a poor argument due to the fact there are significantly more charms in the market place then LoDS. Anyone trading/buying an LoDS will certainly be able to find a Charm of Enlightenment.

Ed, thanks for the attempt to enlighten, but I completely disagree. The Charm of Enlightenment is in high demand, I think it's one of the absolute best reprint candidates for the Rare slot because it serves multiple purposes. No problem if you disagree, Jeff makes the final call. :)
