As for rare reprints, I think people have suggested a couple of good ones. +2 AC Mage Robes have been out of print for an awfully long time. And with the UR robes going out of print, it seems like a good time to do so.

Also, the Charm of Enlightenment is a good idea.

For URs, I really like the idea of reprinting the Ring of Focus, but printing it at +2 dmg/healing (and, one assumes, offering a free transmute from the +1 to the +2).

The other UR I'd like to see is one or both of some class specific things. Like others have said, the Lenses of Vital Insight are a pretty unique effect that nobody has for sale. And with Amorgen's going OOP, something like Briano's is perhaps a good idea.

If I had my druthers, any reprint UR or Rare would have a transmute path. So the old version retains a modicum of value.

I'm betting Jeff will want to spread the slots for reprinting around more than that. I like the idea of reprinting the Charm of Broaching and the best candidate for a back slot reprint in the same year personally.

It's way too soon to reprint both the Charm of Broaching and Cloak of Shadowskin. They are from 2014 and went out of print in 2016, that's not that long ago. Reprints should be out of print for a minimum of 5-6 years before being considered again in my opinion. Something like the Mithral Gauntlets or 2012 and under seem like better candidates to me.

Didn't the 2014 URs go out of print in 2015?

I agree the Mithral Gauntlets are long overdue for a reprint. Although I'd like to see them as +4 Gauntlets as part of some other set this time, but I'd take a straight reprint if that didn't happen.

Maybe give them a Relic / Legendary Transmute path as well.

While I agree the Mithral Gauntlets are overdue, I strongly disagree that it's too soon for the Charm of Brooching and/or Cloak of Shadowskin(or any of the sought after tokens from '14 for that matter). Elapsed time has never been the sole determining factor on whether or not a token should or should not be reprinted. The main factors have always been playability/desirability, scarcity vs demand and current market value. Basically, do players want it, is it hard to find and is it expensive to acquire. Other factors typically considered(is it part of a set, is there a similar functioning substitution available, is there a precedent for not reprinting it, etc.) generally don't apply here. Not to say there aren't other tokens to consider, but don't rule something out due to how long it's been out of print. Just my two cents, take it for what it's worth.

Right now Cloak of Shadowskin is the #1 UR on my wishlist. I can't really justify purchasing one, but I would absolutely love to own one.

**fingers crossed**

I agree with Kubu, and the Gloves the the Brute took a ton of wind out of Mithral Gauntlet's sails.

Mithral Gauntlets were going for over $300 in 2014. I don't think anyone would pay more than $200 today.

I think next year might be time for a new gloves slot melee booster, or a reprint of Mithral or Brute.

Brute is still readily available for less than $200.

Some portion of that may be that everyone seems to think they are overdue for a reprint and they are waiting to see what happens. I know for myself at least my budgeting PYP are at greater priority then OOP stuff, and there has been more then enough good PYPs to drain my budgets the last few years. So mithral has become a wait and see.

I think I'd like them as mithral more then a functional reprint if the mithral set came back through with a relic path attached :)

The legendary bracers just seem so loanly XD

Forgive my ignorance--do completion tokens ever get reprinted? If so, Lamp of the Marid would be nice. 2014 was my first year playing TD, and the second year for my Druid and Rogue, so we all played Normal that year--no Marid for us. Marid tokens aren't that easy to find and at ~$20, are pricey for a Rare token, if you can get your hands on one.

It's never happened so far - although sometimes they have shown up in treasure mixes.

I'd expect pricing to pack rares, treasure only rares, completion rares, and volunteer rares to all have their own price dynamics due to differing scarcity.

Ironically, I suspect completion tokens are actually among the _most_ common rares, although we'd need token sales and harcrore+ run stats to know for sure.

I believe the Lamps are the best completion tokens printed though - slotless and a usable effect! They could have been printed at UR I think in a normal set based on their effect.

Also, slotless items will almost always go for more than their rarity would suggest.

I suspect this year's completion horns will likely be just as popular as the lamps.

Agreed-another reason I am glad we now usually play TD with a full group of 10, and on Hardcore. Everybody has a Drinking Horn of Bliss and a Horn of Rally. :)

Ring of Fortitude
Ring of Iron Will
Ring of Reflexes

And the minor, uncommon versions.
D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I agree these are pretty hard to find:

Ring of Fortitude
Ring of Iron Will
Ring of Reflexes

(would work great with a transmute item in 2019 that opened up more ring slots, hint hint)

Another big one to me is Lyre of Lore. It is getting pretty hard to find. And I think it is the best rare-level Bard instrument ever, because it encourages lore checks for the Bards.
