At the start of each round take 10 (irreducible) damage, double the damage of the 1st spell you cast each round.

(Doubling a spell twice has no effect beyond the first).

UR Amulet of Harmony - Neck - Bard

As a free action another player may aid your bardsong by taking a standard action. If they do, double the base effect of your bardsong.

Amulet of Harmony is not an instrument, it's effect may be used with instruments, but the doubled bardsong is only the base +1/+1 or +2/+2.

UR Talisman of Belial - Charm - UR

When you take combat damage, you may heal another player 1/2 that damage rounded down.

I’d like to see either a reprint of or a functional equivalent for the charm of cabal. It’s been 5 years so perhaps it’s time again

When polymorphed you may use magic items like wands, scrolls, etc.

(I'm hoping to get this + shirt of the Fae really, truly mean polymorph with no restrictions).

New slot concept for martial types: Feats. A character can have some number of feats equipped depending on level - maybe 1 for 4th level and 2 for 5th. Proposed feats for 2019:

Feats would be represented by a UR token.

When you hit one monster, you may also deal your damage total to a second monster in the same room 1/dungeon

UR Dodge - Monk, Ranger, Rogue - Feat

Pass a DC-16 reflex save to negate one targeted attack 1/dungeon

Against evil creatures, In the hands of a Cleric or Paladin the Flail gains Keen (19-20 crit range) and brutal criticals (crits are 3x damage).

Purely thematic, clerics are not likely to use an anything of Mephistopheles.

If cleric's want in let's re-theme it.
