As someone in charge of a group trying to bridge the gap between casual and hardcore/nightmare I would love to see either some reprints of expensive best in slot items, reprints of treasure find items instead of new ones to help bridge the gap instead of new ones that widen it, and ways to get lvl 5 even just a updated might set as even rings of heroism are getting out of budget for some.

With the current 4c ending next year I think next year would be a perfect time to start collecting for another level up relic. That said we would still probably need an UR way to do it between now and then.

In terms of 6th level that would be fun, but it could make balancing the spread even harder. Not a reason not to do it, but we should proceed with caution.

Not sure what people are proposing with 6th level characters, but my expectation is that 5th level becomes the base and +1 level has you play 6th level. Of course, this just adds complexity to the new/casual player's experience.

I was proposing a spread of 4th to 6th level, which I realize may not work for several reasons. It's just fun to think about.

I hope they keep it as is on levels. I at one point had a charm and a ring of heroism. I traded my charm off since the rule stated clearly that they don’t stack.
Also if we start letting them stack then how many do we let stack. Seems like more trouble than it’s worth

Maybe we just make each lay on hands do 2 points of healing instead of 1 on relic and legendary
On legendary paladin and person being guarded are immune to spells below a certain level.

I’d like to see a UR armor for Rogues, perhaps along the lines of a scaled-up Drow Death Armor (uncommon, +4 AC and +1 to sneak attack hit). Maybe +6 AC and +2 to hit with sneak attack? I realize that may not happen any time soon given the 2018 UR bracers of guided strike that were very Rogue-friendly, but one can dream, right? There aren’t many tokens that give Rogues a to-hit bonus on a sneak attack, and there aren’t a ton of armor options for them (unless they go the Dex robe route).

Check out the Redoubt Mail from 2016. I would go Blessed at this point it's +8AC for Rogue. Sill's is the best a Rogue can get and that is +10ac.


A UR Bead would be pretty sweet:
Bead of Dire Warning - +2 Reflex saves and Not Surprised
Bead of Battle - +1 AC and Saves

Boom goes the Devil Drake when this Rogue slides a 20 with a Holy Hand Grenade.

Awesome, I need more support on the Hood, I petitioned for this last year. I really like the idea of it being part of the Viper Family. As a Rogue I'm maxed on main Weapons as I have Ashers and Thors Hammer but I would total be down with adding that Stiletto to my arsenal. The Guided Strike Bracers are not appealing for me personally to give up the precious slot.

+1 to the idea of an UR monk weapon.

As a monk, the jump from +1 Adem Bracer to Viper's Fangs (which are also OOP) feels too large. I'd love an upgrade path for a cool legendary weapon as well, but I'm content to start my petition with an UR-quality monk weapon :). Since monks are traditionally dex-based, perhaps finesse quarterstaff that uses dex for both to-hit and damage? (combining it with that other idea that's been floating around)
