Just a quick clarification on AoW. It seems intended for environment effects, but as written it sounds like I could use it to "wear" a second helmet (for example) to gain extra AC. Is that correct?

Or, what about somebody who uses a 2-handed melee weapon (or two 1-handed weapons like a Ranger). Can he use this on the Shield of Venomward to get -1 damage from poison and also get +1 AC?

Yes. Although you would have to announce you were doing so *before* being hit for the AC boost to count (so you can't say "The Monster hit me? Okay, I use the AoW to copy a helm. Does it still hit me?")

Yes you can do that.

A helm is not a weapon, or torso slot, or consumable, or charged. So you could use the AoW to copy a Common or Uncommon helmet.

Exactly. Changing the AoW is a free action so it will be used during your turn (not in the middle of the monster's turn).

Yes, this is fine as well.
