Hi everyone!

I was fortunate enough to pull a GT yesterday.

Unfortunately, I don't have as much experience or as many tokens as most of you seem to have (this will just be my second year of TD), but I think doing a Nightmare run potentially sounds like a lot of fun. Although if my inexperience/lack of tokens would be too much of a disadvantage, I'd take a spot in a different run. And I don't know if I really have much of a class preference.

Let me know if you guys need any more info from me.

You need to decide which run you would like to be on.
There are 3 left to choose from (Combat Zephyr is full.)
Combat Viper's Pit (planned as a Nightmare run as of now)
Puzzle Flight of the Zephyr
Puzzle Viper's Pit
If you pick the Nightmare run, odds are, you could be lent tokens to outfit you to an acceptable survival.

Etiquette in GT runs is a bit different than a typical run. Generally, it is accepted that 1st come gets first character choice on the run. In a normal run higher level players choose first. So, when you call "dibs" on a spot, call it on your character too.

Note, too, this run is Wednesday at 5pm. Plan on being around at 4:30.

If you have any questions at all, Lazlo_Hollyfield1985, Raven, myself, and many others are all willing to answer.

And a piece of advice, if you get on the Nightmare Viper Pit run, don't trust EN429 to use his cleric to heal anyone. At least he refuses on our normal runs every year. (Hey EN, don't forget I have a 15 pt heal now. I don't need you anymore )

or if you get offers to sell it(which you can do) i would be happy to tell you if I think it is a fair deal or not..so would a bunch of others

That's a good point.

Jesse: there are several folks looking to acquire a Golden Ticket for this year's run. While I'd be the last person to say "sell it," because the GT run is a great and memorable event, I won't deny that you could also make out like a bandit if you chose to trade that token. I'm sure there are folks here who could set you up with a serious UR build for your chosen class, in exchange for a chance to go on the GT run themselves.

Just got my tokens today bought 6 - 10 packs and pulled a golden ticket out. Totally stoked. I guess I need to look to join one of the groups forming. I would love to play paladin if possible (traded my ultra rare pull from last year for some paladin gear), but would do warrior or other fighter type if necessary. Excited for sure.
