Just got mine! Now I need to find out where to go for the certified DM stuff to do that too.

The build team will be working Mon 12-6, Tues and Wed 9-6, and Sun 12-5.

Yeah I saw that. I wish there was something that told me if I was on the Indy setup crew or if my schedule was being held up. Guess I will wait and see.

I ot mine, but I am set to coach and dm at the same time on Thursday. Will be sending an email to them in the morning

I'm shadowing a DM one shift and dming one shift. Nervous as heck.

"Lori here, chiming in with some answers (hopefully). OK...here goes! @BC Gonzalez, no, all of the e-mails with schedules have NOT gone out yet. I am hoping to get the rest out next week, which will obviously be AFTER tickets go on sale. @Ian Ferguson, local install group has not received a schedule in an e-mail, but your schedule is SET, which you can find on the TD website. @Ryan W. Roberts, I am not sure what you are referring to, as it is Gen Con's registration system that sells event tickets (including True Dungeon tickets). Kim Troupe Lindgren, I just received information on my badge codes. I have to do each of them, so I will be sending out a newsletter by Friday with instructions for people to confirm their schedule and then I will go in and get their badge assigned to them. @Tom Neely, please check our website for the local install group schedule. We will be sending out an e-mail to the LIG soon."

I found this disappointing to hear but helpful. More information even when it is bad is better than no information in my opinion.

Ty to Lori et al for the info. I am still available as a PT volunteer as well, if you guys can use me. Looking forward to all the fun.

Got the email about having badges assigned.... not seeing one with my Gencon account. Will check again Saturday.

"Here's an update for you! First of all, when I said I'd get all caught up and everyone's schedules sorted out and sent out by Friday....well, I lied. Lied might be a bit harsh, maybe UNDERESTIMATED is more like it! I underestimated how many issues I was going to have to deal with before I could get to adding people into the openings in the schedule. So, this update is that I am still working on it. A bunch of you that have confirmed your schedule got a badge added to your Gen Con account today. Some folks that cancelled have now been removed from the schedule, creating some spots for people that have yet to be scheduled. Other people that have some scheduling conflicts were given options on alternative schedules. The schedule creator for the Local Install/Dismantle group is all ready to go and send schedules out...but then I broke it. Hopefully the wonderful David can fix it in the morning for me and then we'll get those sent out. First up on my agenda tomorrow morning (after some coffee, of course) is to see where we have openings in the schedule and get some of you "yet-to-be-scheduled" volunteers into a schedule. Then you're going to need badges. It's all a process, and I grossly underestimated the time frame to get the process done, and for that I apologize. I'm really not ignoring anyone, just trying to get many issues worked out and tasks accomplished. I'm going to get up and get back at it here in a few hours, so watch your e-mail for news from me tomorrow.
