There are currently 3 pieces in the eldritch set, but in 2019, once the 3rd kilt is released, it will allow for a transmute into a 4th eldritch item.

The kilt transmute is set to require 3 kilts (3 pieces).

I believe the opportunity was talking about the release date of the 4th eldritch item, and presumably the 4th item bonus for that set.

Is the 2021 Lucky Cloak part of the Lucky set for the bonus of +5 HP when two lucky items are equipped? I am moving to the Death Knight set but for my build and I had assumed that the Lucky Shield with the Lucky Cloak could earn me the Lucky set bonus when I drop my Lucky plate for Death Knight armor.
