The module totally rocks!

The pictures are awesome! Thank you so much!

Definately a treasure to treasure!

The similarities to the old-style modules is uncanny, front to back. Excellent work.
I can't really compare the module to how the 1st ed ones looked because I had never seen them, but I have to say that it looks totally awesome. The token I was totally shocked to receive, I had pretty much given hope on getting one. Thanks again Jeff, you really outdid yourself and really want to buy enough tokens to get one next year.

I do have a question. Dave mentioned going back and doing the older modules in this same styling. If you did, would there be a chance for people who didn't get them to be able to buy them?

Here is a little comparison...

Not sure when I came into possession of these FINE specimines!

But they are a treasure to be sure, especially since all I had as a gamer growing up was the blue covered combo module...

enjoy!

I remember those very well. My copies are all tattered now. Those look new.

I've never actually run a module before. Well, not really anyway. Once I did go through and tally all the xp and treasure and then tell my DM we had run through it at another group to get the stuff to transfer over. It was that one about the island of dinosaurs.

That intro module (B1) essentially shaped the format of most of our "home grown" modules for many years. They all had to have a baracks, kitchen, store room, etc. I still have those modules, but mine are no where near the shape yours are.

As far as older TD modules, Jeff and I discussed, and I think we will try, to make the older modules available for two used ticket stubs (from the main two modules) at the True Realm event each year. So each retro module we bring back will come with a companion module done in that style. So yes, the intention, as of now, is to have TD-1 through TD-7 (with maybe a TD-5a and TD-5b) produced over the next few years. This at least gets us through the next 7 to 8 years of events, we will have to think of something else after that, but we have a few years to ponder...
