I'm missing the 400 and 500 GP gems. I wouldn't mind getting another 300 one also, even though its barely better than a Star Sapphire. <br /><br />Thanks!<br />Mike

Spectacles of the mage - allows double duration of all "detect" spells cast by Wizard. (ALL) - Eye slot (new)<br /><br />Holy Platemail - +10 AC VS Undead or Evil monsters +9 others. (Cleric Paladin only) - Armor slot<br /><br />Armband of courage - +1 to Will saves, +1 to Fortitude saves. (ALL) - no slot (free)<br /><br />oh - I can't wait for making up new tokens this coming year!

Really, you didn't get screwed. Traditional prize for the riddle contest has been the UR gem/jewelery.

The sales figures for the 2008 tokens were our best year ever.  We are still selling lots of tokens now...this week.  <br /><br />However, I am sure we will have to adapt and change to meet the maturing market.  I will count on everyone's excellent feedback to do just that.  I am not a token collector so I need your wisdom in these matters.<br /><br />I will be asking for 2009 feedback in a month or so.  I would appreciate your thoughts.

I mean to say that I don't go through all the things you guys and gals do to get and trade your tokens.  For example, I did not know about the need for Gold Sink and Trade tokens until you guys spoke up.

This has been a hot topic in my household as of late, and something that Marilyn (wifey extraordinaire) had come up with a cool idea and another alternative to make choosing armor difficult.  We got Troll Hide armor this year why not make a Troll Hide helm, +2 to AC but if you wear it with the Troll Hide armor it also gives you the benefit of a Ring of Regeneration.

It doesn't exactly make choosing armor difficult for a buncha classes. Maybe if it were a 0 AC helm or something, but as it stands, it'd be a serious boost for the barb and ranger/rogue as well. It's the best armor for the former, and the latter don't have helms. So basically, it'd be a huge boost for AC for 3 classes, even without the combo ability.
