You can add insurance.<br />And also they now have to different sized flat rate boxes. They have a larger one that is a couple bucks more. So if you don't think the flat rate box you have will work, go for the bigger one. With the token weight it will still save you money.

Well first status report...the smaller "6-pack" boxes TD puts inside the FR box will hold 225 tokens if they are stacked in rows horizontally - front to back.  225x6 = 1350 capacity...<br /><br />I am sending in 1125!!!  WHOO HOO - I'm safe!  <br /><br />OK now I just need to get 3 more of the "6-pack boxes"<br /><br />HOOT!

Bro, might I suggest still looking into the second size flat rate boxes. Two $11 flat rate boxes would be cheaper than three $9 flat rate boxes.<br /><br />Just a thought is all. And if you have to get more boxes from the post office it wouldn't hurt to grab a couple of the other size since they don't charge you for the Priority mail boxes.

hang on...I'm sending in 1000 tokens...still no worries.<br /><br />Sis, I am using boxes within boxes like TD sends out - this gives the package more strength and less chances of spilling.  I will also be wrapping this thing in tons of shipping tape.<br /><br />So what I need to get are three of the interior boxes to give me a total of 6 nicely packed boxes inside one FR box.  See?

Strange - I just had a box only hold 205 instead of 225? ?? ???
