Great story, Raven.  I also say thanks to the PYP program - otherwise, I would have none!  (well, other than Jeff's awesome appreciation tokens!)<br />

<br />Meh. I prefer GT's when they were an all wednesday night affair. Now those were fun. Sorta like a little pre-gencon party for all the TD diehards.<br />

<br /><br />We may still have something as a shakedown test on Wednesday night for a lucky few that are hanging around, it really depends on when we can get in to the Marriott this year, and how well everything goes up.  We will know more soon.  <br /><br />We have a couple of really complex rooms planned this year that will likely take a bunch of time to tweak and get just right, but when we do, look out!  <br /><br />

Just so you know Henwy I figured out how luck is supposed to work. After all it's Karma. You see I ended up giving Raven both the GT and the Ring of Wizardry. Why because in the last box I found another Purp. The Ring of Focus. So now I have a total of 7 Purples. The only reason why I got such good luck was because I would rather make my friend happy than be mean and keep what I know she really wants from her. Besides I haven't paid her back for my share of the tokens yet so technically they are hers still but..... I am just glad that Raven who does so much for others gets something in return every now and then!<br /><br />Lady Myke

Henwy.  I'm truly sorry man.  You know who I am and you know what my normal luck is like.  You and the others have made fun of my normal run of luck often enough.  It's about time I got some decent luck.<br /><br />For the rest of you who have no clue what I'm talking about, Henwy and I used to be in the same gaming group.  I have ungodly horrible luck in my daily life.  Never anything life-altering, but consistently two or three incidents a month.  Incidents such as getting run off the road, having a knife fall off a counter into my foot and stick into the floor, various illnesses, occasional bar-fights I don't start(no more of those in the last 14 months though), and other very annoying stuff that's usually not my fault but disrupts my life.  To counter-balance that, I've got amazing good luck in more important things in life, such as my being able to retire early, having two wonderful children that spend most of their time with me instead of my ex-wife, and other such good things that do affect my life in a good way.<br /><br />Getting these extra URs and the Golden Ticket are rare good luck things for me and I hope Henwy won't be too upset about it.  Besides... if it comes down to it, I'm bigger than he is.  <br /><br />In any case, I'll see you at GenCon Henwy.  With some work, once I finish organizing my tokens, we can work out how we'll outfit the others.
