TOPIC: 2008 Tokens Are HERE!!!!

The mailman left me a box outside today - yippee!  Just taking a break from opening and sorting to take some time with data entry.  Distribution looks good so far, except I'm catching up to Gary on Thunderstones!<br /><br />binia

I should have done the distribution thing, but hadn't read the forums to know about the efforts.<br />I remember seeing many dead leopards, but that's about all noticed as I hurridly scanned through the small hoard.<br /><br />Looking forward to hear other people's treasure pulls.

After 50 packs, some stats:<br /><br />have 26/40 rares - 6 Thunderstones, 4 of 2 others<br />have 38/40 uncommons - 8 Half plate, 5 of 2 others<br />have 40/40 commons - min 4 each, just at a glance

3/120 rares were platinum rings (platinum tokens) are they all platinum tokens?

I can throw a few similar stats out there if anyone is interested.<br /><br />Opened 60 packs<br /><br />have 29/40 rares - 6 Chain Lightning, 4 Robe of the Mage<br />have 37/40 uncommons - 8 Tanglefoot Bag, 7 Potion of Owl's Wisdom<br />have 40/40 commons - at least 5 of each, the most was 17 Bone Scroll Cases<br /><br />Unfortunately, no Golden Ticket (didn't expect one) and no ramdom URs (was hoping, but alas, not to be)

Horked.... No tokens for me today.  Tracking said they were in NJ so I will probably get them Monday but Monday is my weekly D&D night so I probably won't sort the tokens till Tuesday  =|

Yay! Tokens came! Had a bit of bad luck in that I had 3 out of 12 rares be Robe of the Mage (hmm, I don't suppose I could wear three robes =D). However, I am happy to have them and one was platinum! Seemed like I had a good mix for a wizard including a wand of life stealing! Now I am waiting for the two packs the new wife got me for Valentines.<br />David

<br /><br /><br />I'm not sure what you're asking - are you asking if the platinum tokens are 100% platinum?  Are you asking if all the Rings are Platinum instead of Gold tokens?  <br /><br />Did you only get 3 Platinum Rares out of 120 Rares?  That's a pretty low percentage. 

Yay!  My tokens were waiting for me today.  Now to enjoy the anticipation by not opening them until I get my housework done!  I'm off!<br />

<br /><br />So YOU got all the chain lightnings - none for me, after 120 packs.  That was the only rare missing.  Got at least 2 of each uncommon (max 13), and strangely missing 4 plat commons (but plenty of the gold versions).  What I want to know is who got all the Belts of Retrieval?  And apparently I'm hoarding all the Thunderstones - got *9* - heck of a BOOM!  <br /><br />Also, for anyone who's working up full sets - make me an offer on my new Hourglass of Wisdom.  Nice to get a '00' pull, but I'd just never use it.<br /><br />binia

9 thunderstones?! wow, my brothers ears must be burning. I'd expect a pm if I were you cause those are his favorite clerical range weapon.
