Cursed Bauble - (1 time use) 25 damage to any foe, and 15 damage to yourself.  (no save, no attack needed)<br />Flying Carpet - User has fly spell on at all times.<br />Eyepatch of Power - Allows the user to know the number of hitpoints a monster has (once per encounter or maybe even dungeon)<br />Tome of Knowledge -  Bard gains insight into monster weaknesses if any.  (once per adventure)

Canclini's Pants: Allows user to read any language, magical or not.

Ring of Magic Resistance - any magic attacks/effects have a 10% chance of failure (or allows a saving throw when not normally allowed)<br />

Scroll of Delayed Blast Fireball - Deals 14 damage next combat round and 4 to all who attack in melee that round.<br /><br />Dragon Totem - Gain 4 constitution (so 2 hps per level (if that applies) and +2 fort saves)<br /><br />Boots of Butt-Wup - Always go first in tavern brawls.<br /><br />Cloak of the Frost Wurm - +1 to all saves, -5 to all cold damage.<br /><br />

<br /><br />(no slide)?  it's at the end of the description, and since the rouge is/ was sacrificed, no he can't backstab, and this wasn't a serious suggestion, so why are we examining the rules about it?  Would you Really sacrifice a rouge just for 20 points of Damage?  no wonder we Rouges are looking for a way to backstab an entire party, they're plotting against us!!!!!

Clue Train Token - Allows bearer to ride on the clue train (bearer can read the clue in a rogue's puzzle box, even if no rogue/rogue fails to unlock/rogue chooses token).<br />

Olidammara's Amulet -- Rerolls any Init. Roll, once per dungeon. Acts as any mug in the tavern.

And the winner is....<br /><br />(well...we actually have TWO winners...)<br /><br />David Gloss for his cool Rogue's tool idea of allowing Rogues to start in the middle of the plate.  Great idea!  Time is important too! <br /><br />Mike Steele for his cool idea to have a permanent magic item that changes its effect each year.  In 2008, it will be to allow players to be 4th level characters! <br /><br />Proof versions of these tokens will be sent out as soon as they arrive here (and I play with them a bit).  Thank you for all the great ideas!  I think this is an awesome list for next year!  See other post for pics!
