David said he could enlarge these for me.

I was hoping to pick one (or more?) and super-size it for the back of a Tokenholics Anonmymous T-shirt.

I rather like the Addiction token.
Old-school of course seems to refer to the gamers who have been around long enought to have wooden tokens.
Got Purp of course - well...

JKW

Out of those three #2 is the only one that appeals to me.

#1 too busy

#3 to vague

Is there a way to either CURVE the TA part around the outside edge - or get them together on the bottom of the token?
super sweeeeet.

i have to agree that the TA needs to be together on top or bottom.

i vote for #1. it might be too busy, however, since it is going on a shirt, it might have space enough to work.

You know what might be cool - a T-Shirt that says True Dungeon on the front, and with the entire 2005 print run of PURPs on the back =D

Of course the back could also have the entire 2003 Rare set, or the entire Artisan set, or the entire 2006 PURP set - but for some reason the 2005 PURP set really jumps out. Maybe with the Rings of Regeneration and Three Wishes thrown in for good measure.

Mike

Might be sweet (and I agree, Mike), but we have been given some restrictions to work with.

What we can use: anything of our own creation that is not already copyrighted. So, there goes logos, pictures of actual tokens, etc..
There are good reasons for this. Let's just take what we've kindly been given and go forward. :)

I like #1 and #2.

It's interesting, I also thought that it would be nice to see the two words together. I'm not sure it's possible, however, given the space.
Gary is right, however, that if they could be curved around the outside (perhaps one on the upper left and one on the upper right), that it would probably look nice and be easily read together as a phrase.

Let's hear more suggestions and then I'll see if I can sweet talk the token artist.

What about creating our own symbol to put on instead of the miriad of TD symbols? I kind of like seeing the past line-up, but the token is a bit tight on space. I could also stand to see the ".com" a bit less bold and more in line with the other symbols. I like the concept though.

That's cool, I didn't realize we were restricted from using existing tokens. If that restriction ever lifts, put me down for a shirt (or a poster of the entire 2003 set - I've got a Poster of the Beta MTG set, this would be a nice companion).

I'll bet if Jeff ever made any lithographs of complete token sets, suitable for framing, he'd be able to sell a pretty good quantity of them.

Given the restrictions, the shirt I'd buy would be the "All your token are belong to us" one - and I think that one's got three votes at most =D
