I'm in agreement with Laz's take on this. This was a 2021 token (so available in pre-order and as a PYP for 14 months). It would seem counter-intuitive in a multi-year transmute like this to print more of one shirt than another although someone may very well want this effect over the combined effect - I don't have any data on the number of Kilt of Fatherbane people run today over the full transmute to Dungeonbane - but it would make sense to me that the availability of each specific shirt would be nearly equivalent.

Post #21 sounds to me like True Dungeon might have ordered less tokens in 2019 than normal because of COVID causing a lack of in-person events and an uncertainty of how popular VTD would be. Which makes perfect sense from a TD perspective, they didn't want to get stuck with huge amounts of unsold tokens.

Actually, it kinda sounds like there may be an abundance of transmuted Arcanum shirts, perhaps with all the speculation I should just sit back and buy the fully transmuted shirt at a cost less than the sum of its parts because so many will be minted?!

Unlike the kilt, which was the last piece of the set (yes, I know the skull, but that took longer to make, with older tokens), this will be the first piece of a set. I doubt we will see the price drop like we did for the kilt. Just speculation though.

This is the second of the four-piece set, not the first - Shirt of the Oaf in 2020 was the first.

I meant the transmuted shirt being the first piece of the Arcanum set. Sorry for being vague.

I think I may have taken the last shirt of the nimble. Post 1 lines up with my shipping conformation.

That said I'd be happy with an iou card if the box hasnt mail dropped yet, I'm just going to put it in another box until the transmute. Heck if TPTB asked I'm sure a lot of people would be happy to ship back multiple shirts right now so long as we got credit towards them when the arcanum shirt comes out.

How about a 2 piece transmute that gives +2 str and +2 Dex and can be used for the final shirt?

I know I'm going to try to plan mine so I don't have any UR shirts left after I send in for transmutation. I'd gladly have some sort of credit instead of physical Nimble tokens, I'd ship a bunch back if that would help.

Please don't do anything that is going to cost a bigger chunk of money than it would cost you to print up some cards like you made for Orbs/7th teeth. Anyone ordering a Shirt of the Nimble now is almost certainly doing so for transmute purposes and the rare few that aren't will easily find people who would trade a token for the card
