I’m in exactly the same position. Order not canceled, but no other update either.

Also, keep an eye out when checking out. For my order, it skipped right over the shipping tab and applied upgraded (Premium) shipping that cost $16.93. By clicking on the shipping tab and being willing to wait a few days longer, I knocked it down to Standard shipping, which is only $7.09.

Super sketchy on their part.

*edit* also, if you make any changes to your cart (I went back and added a button after confirming Standard shipping), it will update the shipping to Premium again and you'll have to click back into shipping to change it back.

Half my order got cancelled and I got a refund. So, I sent them a message asking what's going to happen with that half of the order.

Mine was never cancelled, and it's now showing as shipped. I ordered a Navy one, for the record.

Order complete. So far, so good. I got a confirmation email. But yeah, unless you pay attention, it does tend to default to a more expensive shipping method.

Well put in my second order attempt today… success! Until an hour later when my shirt was once again canceled because it’s a trademarked image.

Same (well, similar) here. I put in my first order today, remembered to switch to standard shipping to pay less, got to the confirmation screen, but recieved an email 1/2 hour ago from the Zazzle Content Review Team telling me my shirts cannot be printed because the "designs are in conflict with our content guidelines."

Well, poop.

ETA: I really hope this gets straightened out, as the t-shirts are a great idea. If it does, is there any way to offer a women's/fitted t-shirt option in addition to the men's/unisex shirts? Unisex will be fine for my husband, but I tend to have better luck with fitted shirts. Totally understand if it is cost-prohibitive or not available, but thought I'd mention it.

Ugh, I am so sorry everyone. I just reached out to them again to see what we need to do to fix this (again).

There were other options that I looked at, but all required external integrations, bulk orders, or fundraisers that would require a lot of work on the backend. I was hoping to make this easy and it seems anything but.

For those with uncancelled orders, I hope they stay that way. For those who weren't/aren't so lucky, I'll be updating here once I hear from them again. Worst case, maybe we can do a bulk order somewhere else and I can send things out myself.

Yes, or at least in theory*. Do you have a color preference?

*assuming they can figure out how to print things and keep things that were approved approved..

I checked on mine, it says it is making it...so we'll see.
