It’s so much better than all the other completion tokens. I better make sure my groups are hardcore or better at gen con.

Let's talk about it over here:

Ioun Stone Jasper Ellipsoid Discussionhttps://truedungeon.com/forum?view=topic&catid=615&id=250472#354951

Unless I'm missing something it is basically an untyped Ioun Stone Infernal Fire Prism

I think that completion token needs to be changed because it is almost strictly better than the UR infernal prism.

+1

Let's take this non-proof-reading discussion over here:

Is the Orb of Dragonkind really called: "Orb of Dragonkind (Old)"?

It looks like a symbol is missing at the end of some transmuted recipes and replaced by an apostrophe.
e.g. Pendant of the Yew ́

I believe the term you are looking for is Broken as Hell.

It's also way too powerful for a rare token, even a completion token.

The 'Slot Expanders Cap' link under 'Arcane Earcuff' links to the wrong portion of the pdf.

Fred K wrote: Two examples of playing two bardic instruments come to mind: The the Lyre of Echos where the effect lasts 1 additional round beyond when played along with this year's transmuted instruments.

That's explicitly covered in the TDb description for Lyre of Echoes and is probably too much of a corner case for a generalized, fast-read guide like the QTR.

Fred K wrote: The Relic and Legendary instruments also allow for a standard action to be performed in addition to playing the instrument - bardsong itself is considered a standard action.

I think the PHB would be a better place for that kind of detail, but it absolutely needs to be codified, so thank you for bringing that to my attention.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?

Beta 6 is out:
QTR 2020.06 Beta
If September 11 does not appear in the footer, you're looking at an old version.
Please ignore any odd page breaks and weird bullet points.

Friendly Reminders:
  • This is not the thread to discuss recipes. Please go here to do that.
  • If you'd like to discuss the Jasper Ellipsoid , this is not the thread for that either.

Quiver of Boosting description is unclear and may contradict tokendb.

As is:
Quiver of Boosting: anytime the player successfully
uses any kind of ammunition token (not just arrows;
not just HP-damage inflicting ammo) to augment a
missile attack, that attack deals +2 Damage; occupies
the Back slot.

The phrase "not just HP-damage inflicting ammo" would contradict tokendb regarding items like sleep arrows that don't do damage. The tokendb reference on the sleep arrow tied to this is: "Note: Attacks made with this ammunition deal a total of 0 HP damage–whether the saving throw was successful or not."

I would recommend removing the language about "not just hp-damage inflicting arrow." Perhaps a more clear write-up on this section could be "(damage inflicting bolts, arrows, bullets, slugs, etc but not such ammunition that does not do damage such as sleep arrows nor thrown weapons that are not considered ammunition)"

Though I think it makes the QoB slightly less powerful, in the interest of consistency, I think that's a good change.

I agree that it diminishes it's power slightly but definitely worth it to keep the rules consistent. I'd hate to be running a room when someone used a sleep arrow and the argument starts over "you can wake a sleeping creature by doing damage - didn't you just do damage?"
