edwin wrote: Does [Charm of Timely Aid] work on all initiative rolls or just players initiative roll?

just players' (updated to make that clear)

edwin wrote: [Dust of Revealing] How will the one creature be determined if there is more than one invisible creature? Does this include players who might be invisible in the determination of whom the user sees?

The first question will need to be addressed in the module, if/when that situation arises.
99.9% of the time "Creatures" refers to monsters, so to the second question: no.

edwin wrote: [Ioun Stone Banshee Prism] also states for spell.

please see the footnote

edwin wrote: [Ralson’s Pendant of the Elder Yew] states any scroll. Is the intent to change the token to limit it to Druid scrolls?

nope, that was a copy& paste error; fixed

edwin wrote: [Ring of the Drake] also states spell.

changed to "Ranged*"

edwin wrote: [Wand of Force Spike] Is this force damage not affected by the 50% miss chance when attacking Incorporeal creatures?

That's an inherent property of Force damage.

edwin wrote: Cumulative Penalty Limitation: Is there a limit regarding how many Scroll Valkyrie Shield can be stacked?

That would fall under the same-name stacking rule as seen near the end of the PHB: Effects from same-named sources don't stack unless specifically stated otherwise.

Thanks for the feedback. I like the footnote.

Fred K wrote: please add a note indicating that multiple bardic instruments do not provide a cumulative benefit.

How is a bard going to play more than one instrument at a time?

Fred K wrote: The transmute recipes don't seem to require anything from 2020 in terms of monster bits.

Please discuss recipes in another thread . That said, it's pretty standard for current year recipes which include Monster Trophies to pull from the previous year. Generally, only "4C" recipes use current-year Trophies.

Fred K wrote: copyright date should be revised to 2020 rather than 2017.

fixed

BeLinda Mathie wrote: should the sentence about one use of psychic power per game be changed to something like "Unless you equip a token providing for additional uses of Psychic Power, only one Psychic Power may be used per person per adventure."?

It is always the case that when a token contradicts a general rule, go with the token. I think the Quick Token Reference would become very sluggish if we re-stated that principle every time we stated a general rule.

edwin wrote: Does Benrow's even allow use of Psychic Power without the aid of another token that provides for use of Psychic Power? Same questions for Necklace of the Spirit Drake,

neither of them imbue psychic power

Two examples of playing two bardic instruments come to mind: The the Lyre of Echos where the effect lasts 1 additional round beyond when played along with this year's transmuted instruments. The Relic and Legendary instruments also allow for a standard action to be performed in addition to playing the instrument - bardsong itself is considered a standard action. I believe this was cleared up in a thread some time ago where it was ruled that you couldn't just stack multiple bardsongs (going from Widseth's to the Orcanna with a 5th level character for a total of +6 damage, for example). I may be incorrect that there was a final ruling on that, though. If you can't do it, it might be helpful for players and GMs to mention that in the guide.

It’s so much better than all the other completion tokens. I better make sure my groups are hardcore or better at gen con.

I see it listed but nothing specific about it. Where can we see the specifics on those?

In the body of the text.

Was surprised to see completion tokens listed at all, but I get why.

I think that completion token needs to be changed because it is almost strictly better than the UR infernal prism.
