For everyone other than jedibcg, you can just crush it and release the healing magic.

However, whenever you use it jedibcg, if you're wearing gloves or a mask, it won't work.

Damnit now I have to redo all my builds so they are not wearing gloves.....lol. I also was using IS Iridescent Spindle so I didn't breath, I guess that could go instead (as long as I am not wearing Mask of Mayhem).

My understanding was that when using the skull on another player, you threw it as hard as you can at them so that it is "crushed" upon impact.....

Using it on yourself, snorting is acceptable I hear.

I thought you added your STR to damage but subtracted your STR from to hit.... The harder you throw it the less likely you are to hit.

Add your STR bonus to the healing effect. It crushes it more effectively on impact the harder you throw.

Obviously it’s a Traditional Chinese necromancer. It’s common practice even in modern day China to use both gems and bones of all sorts in potions to heal and increase one’s power.

Great idea for an UC or Rare for next year - +1 Hammer of healing - only usable by characters with 20 str - heals 5 damage but strength (and other damage bonuses apply).

I actually had to go find this thread because I plan on using some Skulls of Sacrifice for healing the party in V3b and I could not remember what limitations had been placed on me to use them. Figure they are better to burn through than potions since Ink is currently more valuable than Planks.
