When you add these, remember that ranged damage also applies to spells. I'm not saying you ever missed this, but it's been missed before.

Potentially user error, but it appears to me like the +1 save bonus on the Ioun Stone Mystic Orb is not adding in if you are carrying the Skull of Cavadar?

It still isn't. I check it regularly.

I think there may be slight misstatement about Paladins who have Pendant of the Pure equipped. The In Game Checklist says:

For one room you may Guard one additional target and gain +2 Damage Resistance for attacks against guarded allies (Pendant of the Pure)

But TokenDB says:

Once per game, wearer has the option to guard one additional character in one room.

When guarding, the wearer gains +2 Damage Resistance against melee attacks redirected to the wearer from any guarded character(s). It does not add DR to any attack/effect that was not redirected via guard. This bonus guarding DR is in effect throughout the entire adventure, not just one room.

Should the "+2 Damage Resistance" Portion be moved to the Always In Effect section?
