Iktomi's ability to use a polymorph potion as FA and not turn it in doesn't show up in "In-Game Checklist", and the image for +2 Mystic Staff of the Ancients isn't loading.

Consolidated Known issues:

Equipment:
-Snake Priest set bonus not adding +1 ranged damage

-Charm of the Empty Palm isn't adding +1 to melee damage when no shield is equipped.

-+1 Berserker Carnage Axe not adding +1 melee damage when equipped by Barbarian

-Ioun Stone Opal Prism not adding Healing or Poly Damage

-2x Mugs of Battle are adding total +2 all saves when equipped by Monk and Ranger. Token DB says it should only be +1 total.

-Mug of Battle is adding +2 Melee hit when equipped in offhand on multiple characters (tested Druid and Paladin)

-Bead of the Cleaver not adding +hit and +damage for axes

-Bead of the Third Eye not showing up

VTD Gameplay:

-Ranger Companion is not adding a second dice. Additionally, when it works in testing mode, it uses melee attack, not ranged.

-Seth's Ring of Shadows does not currently grant the ability for a rogue to make a ranged sneak attack.

-charm of shared recovery not healing the full amount for each room even when full party of 10 has it equip.

-If one equips Viv's with no melee weapon in mainhand, Virtual TD importing the character will generate an unknown error.

I think you are missing
Charm of the Empty Palm doesn't seem to be adding +1 to melee damage when no shield is equipped. Tested on 2 handed weapon Barbarian and 1 handed Rogue both without shields.

I verified and then added Charm of the Empty Palm to the list.

Also, would it be possible to equip Trinkets as slotless items? It would make builds more clear as to the intent to polymorph when sharing the build.

I just noticed that in the tdcharactercreator that the Paladin cannot select the +3 Savage Sword.

Snake priest set is not currently adding +1 ranged damage when equipped (added to the consolidated list post several before this one)

If I equip Arcane Bracelets, Earcuff of Orbits, and Orion's Belt with no other tokens, I have 10 available Ioun slots. The cap is 9.

One more humble request, since I sent in my transmute for it; I don’t see the Totem of Wonder in the slotless list. I’d love to be able to use that next weekend in a VTD provided it gets here by then =)

Ioun Stone Kyanite Cube adds damage but not as cold. It is adding cold DR, though.

Paladin is missing relic +3 Savage Sword

Druid Polymorph Saluki did not appear to add the +5 undead damage (hard to verify, can tell DM to add if this if hard to code)

Druid polymorph Dire Squirrel is missing. Not sure if possible to add the +2 reflex with this as well.

Boots of Health don't seem to be an option. I tried to equip them but they aren't there.

Feature request… lock in Viv’s power attack bonus in room 0. Adding in every room slows down first round of combat.

Bug report - device iPad, safari - unable to enter negative sign in “to hit” to reduce for power attack.
