Ring of Wonder still appears to be giving the Sea Elf subtype.

When playing VTD, Bardsong's damage bonus does not appear to be added to spells cast from the card, but it should.

From the TokenDB entry of Earcuff of Inspiration: "...As of September, 2020, bardsong affects all ranged damage, which includes damage-inflicting spells–not scrolls, wands, or items."

I was testing something earlier today and bardsong was being added. Also, I've seen bardsong added to spell damage for a very long time.

Maybe bardsong never got activated?

Ranger's Companion doesn't appear to be working again this month, only one die showed up

without a roller ID, Ranger's Companion seems to be using my melee to-hit instead of ranged to-hit, as well.

I was benefitting from bardsong according to my to hit bonuses.

I may be mistaken or there could be some user error on my part, but from what I could tell bardsong was active, was affecting my to hit stats, and my damage rolls weren’t getting a bonus.

Maybe the monsters I was fighting had DR equal to the bardsong damage bonus.

Looks like Ranger Companion is still not working (no second dice) and Wonder effect is still showing as Sea Elf

Out of curiosity, where are you not seeing the second dice? In the zoom view shared by the DM or in the website itself?

Begin my wild speculation:
I see it in the "Generic Dungeon" test mode, though it appears to be using melee to hit instead of missile to hit. I wonder if it is implemented in a way that doesn't register as two dice on the other end and is basically missing all the time but secretly in the background.

This is in the Zoom / Party view that I'm missing the second dice for the Companion ranged attacks. I do see them for Melee, but not on the Ranged Attack after selecting the companion token. Thanks!

I had noticed that in VTD there isn't really a way to do spirit pets or the druid summons. According to the PHB, the druid should be able to summon a polymorph potion as a creation which slides/hits on a 16. It's not much in terms of damage, but it's a part of the class that can't be done.

It also seems like spell surge makes your spell do an auto 0.

How do you activate Charm of the Faerie on the website? I don't see a way for it to treat your melee attack as ranged.

Did you by any chance try to add Spell Surge to a cast sequence? Don't do that: tdcharactercreator.com/#/faq

(it would be nice if there wasn't even a button to add it to a cast sequence, but Acherin's a busy guy and this has a known workaround)

Never mind - user error.

It turns out bardsong (when active) is added to the spell damage section on the stars page, I assumed the value there was my build without bardsong.
