Medallion of Energy allows a recast.
Bracelets of the Zephyr does, as well.

Zephyr isn't a recast. It is cast a second spell as a scroll.

These get a bit more complicated. I need to figure out how I am going to handle them in the present framework.


Sometimes there are dungeon effects that allow you to reuse a spell, so just being able to uncheck a spell seems like the easiest solution. Wasn't it Nymph and Nimblewit where we rested overnight and wizards got all their spells back?

I'm seeing an issue with Psychic powers. I have 6 teeth equipped. When open the Psychic function, the only options shown are the level 0 power and the level 6 power.

On iPad with updated iOS.

I've tried several character classes and several different counts of teeth. So far it's been working. There are multiple powers listed in each of the two text fields, which is a bit confusing, but I didn't have a good way to change that, and keep it consistent with the other spells. If you continue to see an issue, I would be interested in the character build or a screen capture showing the psychic powers. I just want to duplicate the issue.

Changes to Casting views for Wizards (including Elf), Cleric, Druid and Bard.

There will now be 4 buttons to select from: Cancel, Cast, Cast-No Mark, and Cast as Scroll.
- Cancel: Like the name says, no spell, no marking
- Cast: Same as it has been. Marks off the box for casting the spell. Full bonus and MEC apply
- Cast No Mark: Same as Cast with all bonuses, but nothing marked (limited number as below)
- Cast as Scroll: No bonuses of any kind. Minimum spell damage and no modification

There will be a limited number of 'Cast No Mark' spells. Everyone gets 1, to account fo the Cleric Restore Spell. Keep in mind, this doesn't give you a free cast, you need to have the Cleric use the ability. Otherwise, you get an additional one for Charm of Spell Swapping, Ring of Spell Storing and Crown of Expertise. You also get another one for the Arcane set. So if you have all the tokens and the set, you can use this option up to 5 times, and then it doesn't show up again.

For Cast as Scroll, the option always shows up, because you could actually use a scroll, and some of the tokens limit it to 1/room.

If all the boxes are checked, the spell button will still work, but you will be left with Cancel or Cast as Scroll, or if you have remaining uses Cast No Mark.

This should allow casters with lots of tokens to re-use spells as appropriate, while limiting new players from 'accidently' utilizing options that are not available.

This version should be out in about a week or so, but I wanted to give you a preview of what's coming.

I don't play a caster, but this is a pretty cool update.

Charm of Spell Swapping is limited only by the number of other spells you are able to mark off. Its only other restriction is that it can only be used once per round and must be used for a spell that causes damage or heals (though the spell sacrificed does not have to also be a damage/heal spell).
