Version 9.2.0 has been released for IOS. (Apple users get to be the testers for this) Android mods are in process and should be out late next week. Changes include:
1. Correction for a problem in the Wizard skill test
2. Updated some of the tokens
3. Boost and Bard song bonuses are applied to spells
4. Pregen Characters are updated with 2022 tokens
5. Spell Sequencing was added for Wizards/Elf Wizards

From the Character Build view, wizard casters can move to the Sequence Setup view. There are 10 Sequences possible for any one character. Each Sequence represents 1 round casting, and can include up to 3 spells depending on the token build. For each spell, you can set Mage Powers (including MEC) if items are equipped. If the Cabal set is equipped, it can be used to add a spell for the round, and Charm/Ring of Spell Storing is another option. Spells can be set for 'Cast No Mark', which is auto set if Mage Power-Conserve is set, or if the Charm/Ring of Spell Storing is set. As each spell is set, tap 'Add Spell'. When any/all spells are set for the Sequence, make sure to set a name for the sequence and tap 'Save Sequence'

Right and left arrows allow for moving between sequences. Once a sequence is saved, it cannot be modified, but can be cleared to set a different sequence. The Cabal Set Bonus cannot be used with the Charm/Ring Spell Storing as both add a spell as a Free Action, and only one Free Action is allowed per round. Quicken can be used with either, as it counts as an instant action.

On the VTD view, Wizards will see a new button at the bottom of the spell list 'Sequence' that brings up a view allowing a player to cast one of the saved sequences. Scroll to it, and tap Cast. Note that if the sequence calls for something not available, it will be grayed, and the Cast will be disabled. All the normal items are checked: Spell counts, Cast No Mark options, Mage Powers available, Hit Points etc. When in the event Skill Tests will be presented as needed, one at a time.

First question: If I want to sacrifice a spell, do I need to do that first manually before initiating a sequence?

Second, and this might just be due to my ignorance. But for some time now I can't see spell stats on my screen while in VTD. With the new view, I still can't see them and only the top of the Cast button is showing. Anyone know how to resize this on my iPad so I can see everything? Pic attached

If you sacrifice a spell, prior to entering the Sequence cast view, that sacrificed spell is available for Cast No Mark, and will be used as a first option for the first spell in the sequence that qualifies. If you sacrifice a 2nd level spell, it will be used on the first level 0 or 1st level spell specified as Cast No Mark in the sequence.

In the image you sent, the button to bring up the view is right at the bottom. (partially cut off) What type of iPad are you using? I have tried several sizes and have not seen that problem.

I was able to do one sequence. Not able to cast sequence.

Trying to add a second sequence gave me an error of not being in a different room. Found a work around of getting out of app and back in then it let go to sequence 2. Sequence renaming did not take though.

How do I get these to work?

When you are setting up the sequences, there is a text box just below the title, where you can add a name of your choosing. Otherwise there is a default name.

There are arrows at the top that allow you to move between sequences. Moving right increases, while left decreases.

Once a Sequence is saved, it cannot be modified. You can Clear the sequence and set up another set of spells. This applies to the name also.

I did manage to save 2 sequences, but when I went into virtual TD it didn't let me use either of them. I could see them, but they were faded and inactive.

1. if Cast no Mark, do you still have enough uses to cast
2. If the Cabal Set or Charm/Ring of Spell Store, do those uses still remain
3. If Quicken or any other Mage Power, are those uses still available (they can only be used once per room)
4. Does the character have enough hit points for Mage Power/MEC uses

And it checks for all the spells in the sequence. If any of those are not available for any spell in the sequence, it is grayed out and disabled. If you set up multiple spells and each is set for Cast No Mark, you need enough occurrences for the total used. When you set them up, the code only checks to see if you have tokens to support items and a max hit point.

When I use the text box before saving it defaults back to Sequence 1 after saving. This occur if I change name before doing the other steps or if I do it before saving sequence.

If you think all that is good, which spells and spell settings are you using?

. Quicken spell, no mark for crown of expertise spell and charm of spell storing spell. Tried 3rd level spellx3 and 2nd level spellx3. Same result of being grayed out.

Have not tried equipping arcane set or cabal to see if they have a common result.

In my case, I started with two simple sequences

1. Quicken, Conserve, Fireball, Cast No Mark, Acid Splash, Cast
2. Quicken, Conserve, Sharpen, Ray of Shock, Cast No Mark

I go into VTD, click on the Cast button and nothing is active. No spells are marked off. Nothing has been cast. They simply don't work.

Both were saved. They appear in the sequences, but can't be used. Ashenne's is equipped. I don't think I need any other equipment to make those sequences work.

Thank you. I figured it out. I have been setting up the spells before going into VTD. In that case, it works fine. I am guessing you go into VTD, then back up to setup the spells. Thinking about it, that would be more normal. In any case, while setting up the spells, the features are getting marked as used. I will dig into it and get it fixed before the event.

BTW: to use the spells, just back out to the Character List view, and then go back into VTD and the spells will be available. Your spell setups are correct and valid.
