I just want to confirm if either the Druid Vestments or Gloves of Healing are going to change. Both say they give a pool of HPs (like the Rod/Ring said) and both have not been updated.

That would be good to clarify, I assume they interact with Lenses of Divine Sight the same way.

I also noticed that Gloves of Healing specifically states it can only be used once per round, however the Sacred Vestments and Eldritch Set don't say that in tokendb, so can I assume they could trigger more than once per round if you are able to cast two healing spells in one round?

I should have said "round", but my understanding is that rounds only occur within combat, outside of combat you effectively have an unlimited number of rounds so it would apply to all spells. This is how RPGs work in my limited experience as well.
