I guess I should ask Druegar directly.
If you read that thread from start to finish right before that post there was a question about using the Cabal 3 piece set to dual cast and using the charm on both. It appeared that it was going to work then an update was posted with no information or reasoning that said the charm can only be used 1/round.

The information I am looking for is the missing post between those two where assumedly Jeff stated the token is 1/round.
