I think that Jeff want to time this one really well as far as giving any information about the Rod of Seven Part (Segment 7) by all account it should be giving to us later as to not effect too much about the inner market of things to come. My guess is Jeff really want it to be surprise in a good way plus Jeff has been in a whirlwind of commit as duo host from Dwarven Forge to True Dungeon to have wonderful family commitment as well. I been try to contact him ever since after the Con was over about my missing treasure pull with other reported incident and suggestion about True Dungeon Event from the Con. But as all things is not important right now as long as he keep this in mind afterward as to do list before next year cycle begin.

On the side note, I truly understand what would Jeff want to do one or two addition UR as for weapon accountability to it owner of the legendary as personal as it should be because the specialize weapon of that caliber need to be for it user not to sale/trade/barter away. It shouldn't be taking lightly from this rich community of TD that is willing to provide for another. And that's my folk is how D & D is play for keep and also for fun, too.

Yes, you can use the old version, too.

The potion looks much better now. I would still request that you allow older healing tokens as well as the 1 pt tokens from this year.

It is amazing that you can juggle Dwarven Forge and True Dungeon, both seem like more than full-time jobs! :)

Thanks,
Mike

I will change consider that change. Thanks. I am just a little worried about it causing some confusion.

And I am very blessed to have a great group of friends (and players) who help me with True Dungeon. That is the only way it could happen!

I know that Darkwood Planks are not the most difficult tokens to create, but it seems like some of these recipes require an excessive number of them. The Rod of Niltongue, for example, asks for 14. If I recall, that item was supposed to be a bit easier to make, so I wonder if we can reduce the requirement.

Also, I personally think that a number of items require a few too many Philosophers Stones (The Rod of Niltongue needs 6, the Ring of Greater Focus needs 8, etc.). I wouldn't mind seeing those requirements lessened a bit as well.

Thanks for listening to our feedback, Jeff!

i am still going with either lower Aragonite for the legendary or get rid of the extra UR requirements

Agree with Lazlo on the Aragonite.

Agree with Sean on the Rod. If the objective was an easy to make but weak transmute for the special event, then this is not it.

Jeff, thanks! If it would help clear up any confusion, you could always list all of the alternate healing tokens that are allowed in the recipe instead of just saying "any common healing token". Either way would probably work.

And like many, many people, I am always happy to help with True Dungeon in any way I can, it is a great community of players, volunteers, and friends! :)

Am I missing something or wouldn't saying "any potion that heals 1 hp" work?

I don't see anything wrong with your wording other than adding any TD potion token that heals one HP.

Wait, I wouldn't be able to use my old Neverwinter Nights 1hp potions?!?!? But I have at least a thousand in the file I could email in! And I have lots of gp in the file too! :silly:

Joking aside, I would hope no one would try to send in something other than a TD token. I agree, adding the phrase "TD potion token" makes it crystal clear.

Out of curiosity, I wonder if anyone has attempted to send in illegitimate gp before...
I have faith in the intelligence of the TD community being much higher than that.

There are other older common healing tokens that don't heal a straight 1 point, maybe they heal 2 with a disadvantage. I'd recommend including all older common healing tokens, it's not that long of a list.
