No. With using the online generator and a printout last year, the coaches copied over the information from that to the more sturdy posterboard one the DMs use.

Last year, I had one group come through the initial gathering area with a tablet with their party card. That struck me as a good idea.

I'm figuring I would hand the tablet to the coach, and then get the tablet back and put it into my backpack until the next run.

Small error detected.
Looks like the 1 room effects of oils doesn't apply to Ranged, just Melee.
Sweet a combat room, we won't take damage!

The one room effects is actually a leftover from the first Smoak encounter. I really only left it in on the chance we may do a one-round prep again, which we haven't done. I can try to fix it for ranged, but I'm not sure if anyone is even using the functionality.

Thoughts anyone? None of the one-room apply to the party card anymore.

The one room thing seems superfluous to me.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .

jedibcg wrote: This might not be an issue with the spreadsheet and might just be my ignorance, but How do 5th Level Weapon Focus for the Fighter and Dwarven Fighter get applied? Weapon focus adds +2 to hit when meleeing. It is not something that is supposed to be automatically applied so should it be on the party card or is it something you remind the DM? I have never been a 5th level Fighter so I wasn't certain.

The weapon focus applies whether you are 4th or 5th level. On the Spreadsheet, it is automatically added to the Melee To Hit on Fighters and Dwarf Fighters. I believe that the coaches are supposed to include this on the party card for easy access.

Yep I figured that out before you finished your post. Can you tell I don't play a fighter usually.

Just want to say

1) thanks this is a really good spreadsheet
and
2) bump this up so more players get to see it

for newer readers check the first post for a really cool way of getting parties organized.

Thanks for doing this and keeping it up to date. I find it easier to use than the one on this website.

And... if I want to save different versions for different at different difficulty levels, easy. And then I just have the different print outs for the different runs. Much easier to manage than the character tool on this website.

I still appreciate the efforts on this website, but right now, this spreadsheet is better.
