I too would love to have that level of granularity on searches. Unfortunately, it's not a "real" database. It's a WordPress site that uses a lot of hoop-jumping and sleight-of-hand to make it look like one. As as side-effect, every new search dropdown added would be exponentially more complicated.

I don't know if you fit this category, but I sometimes get the impression people don't realize all the brown words are links that lead to lists (with pictures!) of all the items that fit that criterion. E.g., if the stat block has an entry for "Stat Bonus: Strength", if you click on the word Strength, you will get a list of all the items that give a bonus to Strength .

I have some quemments related to your requests because I may be able to suggest alternatives:

Classification (avoid wading through GP items)

Give me a specific example of a search you're trying to do where you'd need to weed out GP items.

Exchange Program Classification (putting baggies for TEP together)

Can you clarify your need for me?

Source (so I remember not to turn in completion tokens for TEP)

Would having a list (with pictures) of completion tokens suit your needs?

The DMs, coaches, and TDb are all correct.

The DM will add in the magical weapon's To Hit bonus because the coach will have included it in your character's total to Hit bonus on the party card. I'm highly confident all DMs know this, but if you encounter a DM that you believe does not, please notify the Adventure Coordinator after your run.

I'm completely confident coaches know this procedure because Will and I train them to do so.

I used "Like all +X weapons, the DM will add +X to the AC hit when using this weapon but the damage bonus has already been factored into the damage wheel." because it seemed less cumbersome that going into precise detail about the mathematical machinations of the party card. Sometimes it's better to gloss over minutiae in favor of brevity.

And then DMs will refer to the party card for damage bonuses from sources like strength and other magic items.

Minor nit but I just noticed that Scroll Detect Secret Doors is a common but in the 2013 and 2014 Trade Token Guide it is listed as an uncommon. Granted that is for a token from only 2004/2005....so not much demand for trading. It is correct in the TDb though.

It was great meeting you this weekend, I've added you to the List of Awesome TD People (after this weekend, it's a pretty big list now!).

Question - would it be possible to add basic Token Exchange Program info to the site? Just an extra field on each entry that lists what the token converts to? Example: +1 Bastard Sword CONVERTS TO: 1 unit for Aragonite, 2 units for Elven Bismuth, 6 units for Dwarven Steel, etc? Or at the very least the primary conversion?

When I first used this I thought it was a relational database, I saw the post about it being a WordPress site. If it's too much, I appreciate you taking the time to read this.

Additionally a Rare weapon is only good for 1 unit of Aragonite, it is not good for units of Elven Bismuth, or 6 units for Dwarven Steel.

It seems this is missing an exchange program classification. In the past it has been 3 units of Darkwood Planks.
