The entries for the 3 different Darkthorn armor pieces have what appears to be extra text:

Adds +1 to AC This item is part of the Darkthorn Set. When all three Darkthorn items are equipped, deals 4 points of damage (piercing) to any monster that makes a successful melee attack against the wearer. Darkthorn Armor Darkthorn Helmet Darkthorn Shield Text on Token: +1 to AC

Each piece lists all three of the tokens before 'Text on Token'.
