Gloves of Flying Fist should get the "Affects Class Talent" tag:

Some discussion in the Monastery led to a few notes for tDB:

1. The "bracer weapons" link embedded in the description of the Orb of Might throws up a 404:

tokendb.com/weapon-medium/bracer/

2. The description of Orb of Might's interaction with Flurry of Blows seems incorrect now that there are non-Bracer FoB compatible weapons like the +1 Cestus and Viper Strike Fangs:

tokendb.com/token/orb-of-might/

"Monks may wield an Orb of Might as an offhand weapon when making a flurry of blows attack. However, if a monk equips any hand-held weapon–including a Scepter of Might–with the Orb of Might, only the mainhand hand-held weapon may be used to make an attack. Anytime monks attack with a weapon other than a bracer weapon, they only make one attack slide per round."

Should Monk's be able to wield one or two SeyLah's +2 Sundering Cestus with Flurry of Blows?

tDB doesn't say they can, but the other two Cestus' can be used with FoB.

Thanks, Matthew. I was about to post the same (from the other thread).

Monks are not able to use SeyLah's +2 Sundering Cestus. It is specifically a Barbarian, Fighter, and Paladin-only weapon.

Doi - that explains that then.

The TDb description for Orb of Might has been updated to be more encompassing. In addition, it now specifies non-FoB compatible melee weapon attacks get just one slide per round. The reference to bracer-weapons has been eliminated.

As you correctly surmised , when the Orb of Might description was written, bracer weapons were the only FoB-compatible weapons because punch-daggers didn't exist.

Thanks for catching that Matthew, please enjoy a glass of milk.

I have come into possession of a second Pouch of Tulz. I have assumed that one player can only benefit from one Pouch of Tulz, however this is not spelled out in the TokenDB.

The Coache's Guide specifies that "Other than weapons and Runestone Fitting Bases, no character may equip more than one item of the same name - no matter what rarity the items are." - however it doesn't seem to define what "equipping" means in explicit terms.

The TDb entry for Lamp of the Marid and Druegar's Death Die expressly discuss what happens if you possess multiple copies of these tokens. I can read that ruling as one of two contradictory ways, either:
  1. A given player may not "equip" more than one slotless token like Lamp of the Marid and Druegar's Death Die due to the equipping rule from the coaches guide. As a consequence owning more than one does not allow you to benefit from the effect more than once, and the TDb comment to this effect is simply a clarification of the effect of the "no multiple equipping" rule.

  2. Slotless tokens like Lamp of the Marid and Druegar's Death Die are not "equipped," and are not subject to the multiple equipping rule in the Coaches guide. The TDb comment is a particular ruling about how this particular token works given that a given player may have multiples.
Can we get a ruling on whether:

A. Slotless items like Pouch of Tulz, Lamp of the Marid, Masterwork Thieves Tools, etc. are "equipped" or not?

It seems like this can't be the case - am I prohibited from entering the dungeon with two 150 GP Blackfang Crystals or two pieces of Marking Chalk because they are "equipped"? This seems wrong to me.

B. If Pouch of Tulz (and other slotless tokens) are not considered to be "equipped," and therefore one player can enter the dungeon with multiples, can they use each Pouch they own once per room.

C. If there are any other slotless, non-consumable tokens with similar issues, could they be clarified at the same time (e.g. could make a user could equip 10 Greater Alchemist Purses and get +10 to healing on each item consumed?)

List of non-consumable tokens whose TDb entry doesn't already explicitly specify whether you can/what happens when you have multiples:

updated Pouch of Tulz and Greater Alchemist Pouch

Added new value for the Limited Use taxonomy: Max 1/person
Let me know if you feel other tokens should be added to it.
