I used the text Jeff gave me. If Jeff directs me to change an Artifact's TDb entry, that's the only time I'll do it. I'm weary of trying to iron out their details. They affect such a miniscule portion of the population, it's not worth my time and the grief I get.

Hi Druegar!

Scroll Stone Rain (2015) lists the damage as being 4 points of Force to all targets, but the text on the token lists 5 points of Force to all targets.

Always assume single target unless it specifies otherwise. But since the word "all" is slightly ambiguous, I specified single target.

Minor issue when you get a chance, Satyr's Pipes of Dancing isn't marked as a Musical Instrument.

Edit: What's the best way to make it obvious that a link is a link on these forums? By default it looks like normal text. Here I did bold, but perhaps I should use a color?

I do Underlined, and add the Blue color. That way it looks like a standard hyperlink .
