Well, this brings up similar (but different) issues regarding magical ammo. Taking a look through the TokenDB, I see:
1. Sling Bullet of Acid
Listed as "non-magical" even though it says "+2 pts of Acid damage" and similar ammo (of different energy types) are magical.
2. Masterwork Hand Crossbow Bolt
Lacks the "non-magical" label even though it should get it as part of the Masterwork exception.
3. Arrow of Slaying & Arrow of True Flight
Lack the "non-magical" label. They do not provide any hit or damage bonuses so they should probably be non-magical under the current definition.
4. Sling Stone of Chaos & Sling Bullet of Chaos
Lack the "non-magical" tag but they have an even stronger argument than the Bracer of the Asp for being non-magical. (Bracer of the Asp has an explicit "includes 4 poison damage.").
It seems inconsistent for these Chaos ammo to be magical when the Bracer of the Asp & Shuriken of Shock are not.
* 5. Sling Bullet of Impact
This is just a footnote rather than an actual issue.
Here we establish that literal "+X" wording is not strictly required. The Sling Bullet of Impact says "adds 2 pts of sonic damage" IS sufficient to get classified as magical.
So apparently "+" and "adds" are sufficient but "includes" is not.
