TOPIC: Token Exchange Program IS LIVE!

I am using IE 9, and I just tried it, and still got the Please Log in Prior to Accessing the Token Exchange Program login.

The weird thing is -- we got two TEP orders earlier today -- so it IS working for some people.

Very strange...but that is par for the course!

I am getting the same thing with Windows 7 with IE 8 32 bit now. Which is funny , since it takes me to my account page (signed in).

My thanks to the web dude for looking into this, and thanks Jeff for keeping us posted. For anyone that it has worked for, if you could post, that might help to know what you are doing differently.

I am using IE 8 32-bit. Clicking on the link takes me to the store, and asks me to log in. I was NOT logged in, so I did, which returned me to the store screen. Except now there was a link for the TEP. I clicked it, and was able to input my order. It was not working for me previously, but now does.

I would like to point out that store likes to log you out while inputing your trade token requests, so that when you get to the end it won't accept your order(you do not get a notification that you were logged out, in fact it looks like you're still logged in). You will need to log back in. I did this by clicking the select a shipping address link (even though my correct address was shown). It then had me log in and I just re-selected my home address. When it returned to the store, it accepted my order. It did this to me a few months ago when I sent some tokens in as well, so it's not a new issue. Just letting people know, so that if they get to the end and can't figure out why their order won't be accepted.

It should be working now.

I just got it to work. Some of the pics weren't working with IE, but everything else worked fine.

I went through the TEP and got a confirmation e-mail for my trades, however, I never had the option to print out any form - it just sort of stalled out after payment confirmation (I added an order for 10 token pages, so this use case might not have been tested). What should I do now? Also, in the e-mail is the address for TD - am I to assume that is where I should ship my tokens?

I am now sending you the document to print. Once we get in your shipment, we will send back all your exchanged tokens plus your pages.
