It still doesn't work for me, it keeps asking me to log in, even though I am logged in. I have tried logging out and then logging in as it wants and that does not work either. Tried from both Firefox and Safari

I am getting the same error as well, still. I have tried IE and Chrome.

Yep, still no good. Logged out and cleared my cache, then logged back in again and tried it, same error here.

Not good! It works fine for me in Firefox. Please try that browser for now and see what happens.

Can you please reply what version of IE and Chrome you are using?

Sorry, Jeff, it doesn't work for me in FireFox, either. Every time I click on the Token Exchange Program icon, I get:

"Please log in prior to accessing the Token Exchange Program"

Except I'm already logged in, and it shows that on my "My Account" screen.

Same here in Firefox it still wants me to log in and I am already logged in.

Hmmm...it works for me. Maybe because I am an Admin? Sorry for all the hassle!

One last request: Please go to this page and click on the link on the bottom right to the TEP:

And let me know what happens. It takes about 30 seconds, but it loads for me.

When I click that icon it takes me to My Account where I can edit tokens and check XP but not the screen its supposed to take me to and no way to start the token exchange process.

No go, Jeff. I've click the icon from the side bar, the TEP main page, the Trade Tokens main page, and the Transmuted Tokens main page. I always get the same result.
