TOPIC: Token Release Party < Saturday, Jan. 21st !

Ok, so....

I haven't posted here in a couple years..... I don't go to GenCon, but I was at True Realm in 2009, since it was here in Soutnern IL. That was my first experience with True Dungeon. I had planned on attending a token stuffing party in May of that year, just to casually check out more of what goes in with TD... but then we got hit by that bigass friggin' wind storm:

so that party never happened, heh. I'd been wondering if there was going to be any more of those local get-together things that I could sit in on... since I live here in Marion, not far from TD HQ.

But I see this one is open to token-buyers and volunteers, and I am neither of those things.... So, like, is it going to be too crowded for me to stop by and check it out?

I could perhaps act as a local guide to someone, and maybe provide a ride if anyone is staying in Marion (the cheap hotels here are probably about half the cost of the ones in Carbondale...).

i would say that if you sent JMartin a pm and asked, that would be your best bet. keep in mind that this is a "fly by the seat of your britches" event this year. maybe do some gaming and make new friends, touch base with old friends.

I have been struggling with attending the release party but with all my other gaming commitments this year it is just not going to happen.

I always bring my own bed (spelled - recliner) so it seems a shame to only split a room two ways. Or to book a single for that matter.
I should be in for Friday night only to be back home late Saturday.

No MATTER what smaks says..or even if he shows you some legal document (it is fake) saying that I am allowing him to take my tokens...it is not true.
I want them mailed. Smak (nor anyone else) is allowed to take them.
I am writing this because I am sure he already drafted some paper work
