There was a lot of discussion about this last year. There were some folks worried about the police enforcing anti-gambling laws on people playing for tokens. <br /><br />But no one did anything about "The World Series of GENCON" poker tournament. It had several hundred poker players and a cash prize. Since the police ignored that, I think a private game using tokens would be safe.
